REFUND POLICY

The refund Policy for Eddie Deen & Company (EDC), Edison’s and Eddie Deen’s Ranch follow:

Deposits are non-refundable unless event is cancelled by EDC, Edison’s or Eddie Deen’s Ranch. If the client cancels an event the deposit can be used towards an event, at a later date, if it is within 12 months from the date of cancellation.

All services should be paid for by client before the event. If there are any issues with the event a refund may be negotiated.

PRIVACY POLICY

Eddie Deen & Co., Inc and its U.S. affiliates, Edison’s and Eddie Deen’s Ranch, (collectively, “EDC,” “we” or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. We pledge to take reasonable steps to protect any information that you provide to us and to ensure that your information is used in compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by or on behalf of EDC, including information collected through this EDC website (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, so please review it frequently. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post a revised version on this Site.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other websites or online services and/or programs offered and/or owned by any entity other than EDC.

You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. In the event we are engaged in or are contemplating a merger or other corporate acquisition with another business entity, a sale of all or substantially all the assets of EDC, or in the event of a bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, receivership or an assignment for the benefit of creditors, we reserve the right to disclose your Browsing Information in connection with these circumstances. You expressly agree and consent to the use and/or transfer of your Browsing Information related to any of these transactions or proceedings. We cannot and will not be responsible for any breach of security by any third party or for any actions of any third party that receives information as described in this paragraph.

Reviewing and Updating Information

Security and Retention of Information

Information from Children

We do not collect Personal Information from any person that we know to be under the age of thirteen (13) without permission from a parent or guardian. Specifically, the Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of thirteen (13). You affirm that you are over the age of 13 and will abide by the terms of this Privacy Notice.

On-line Ordering

Some Sites facilitate on-line ordering. In order to use these services, you must obtain and use a user name and password. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when communicating with us. This Privacy Policy does not create any express or implied relationship or create any express of implied duty or other obligation, between EDC and you. By providing us with any information you expressly and unconditionally release and hold us harmless from all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of such information. In addition, while we take efforts to ensure the proper and appropriate use of data by third-party service providers that may receive your information from us, we cannot be liable for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your information caused by those service providers.

California Do Not Track Disclosures

Currently, our policy is that we do not recognize “do not track” requests from Internet browsers and similar devices.

International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, you consent to the transfer and storage of such information outside your country of residence in our servers located in the United States, as well as the fact that we will handle such information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
