On Your Smoked Turkey

Listed below are ingredients and preparation info for your turkey.


Turkey Seasoning:
Salt, Sugar, Spices (Including Paprika, Turmeric), Onion, Corn Starch, Garlic, Tricalcium Phosphate (to Make Free Flowing), Sunflower Oil, Extractives of Paprika & Natural Flavor, Cayenne, Black Pepper

Brine Recipe:
Roasted Beef with Concentrated Beef Stock, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Flavoring, Yeast Extract, Dried Whey (Milk), Potato Flour, Caramel Color, Corn Oil, Xanthum Gum. CONTAINS: MILK, SOY


Preparation Instructions:

If the Turkey arrives frozen, then allow it to thaw in your refrigerator. If the Turkey is still frozen the morning your family desires to eat it, then allow it to thaw on the counter in the bag. Our suggestion to maintain the moisture within Turkey, is to eat it either chilled or at room temperature. We suggest refrigerating it if you intend to eat it within 3 days of arrival, otherwise freeze it upon arrival.


  • Thaw Frozen Smoked or Fried Turkey
  • Preheat oven to 300 Degrees
  • Heat the Turkey for 6 Minutes per pound
